But here’s the good news: it’s not too late to get back on track. And sometimes, all it takes is a tiny tweak to your approach.

My new year started just like yours — packed with “best year ever” webinars and a laser focus on making it happen. I crafted a daily schedule, AI-powered and brimming with potential. But then came the familiar foe: procrastination. My to-do list became a monster, and the “hard stuff” kept hiding under the bed.
