Do you ever feel overwhelmed by your to-do list?

Do you end up procrastinating because you don’t know where to start?

If so, you’re not alone. Millions of people struggle with overwhelm and procrastination on a daily basis. I was so overwhelmed this morning that I ended up in a stalemate… Procrastinating, overwhelmed and unable to get out of bed, so I decided to give my todo list to Bard.

Give this a try — overwhelm obliterated!

I really didn’t know where to start. I had heard that AI was great at creating a schedule, but had never tried it. So I started with this prompt:

I have so many jobs on my todo list today that I’m procrastinating and overwhelmed

[Response]

It’s understandable to feel overwhelmed and procrastinate when you have a long to-do list. Here are some tips to help you manage your to-do list and get started:

  1. Prioritize your tasks. Decide which tasks are most important and urgent, and focus on those first. You can use the Eisenhower Matrix to help you prioritize your tasks.
  2. Break down large tasks into smaller ones. This will make the tasks seem less daunting and more manageable.
  3. Set realistic deadlines for yourself. Don’t try to do too…
